我国现行宪法监督制度存在明显的缺陷,尤其是没有专门的宪法监督机构,违宪审查较为薄弱。应立足国情,总结和借鉴外国先进模式和经验,以完善我国的宪法应行机制,充分发挥作为根本的宪法的作用。

In our system of the constitution control in force exist the distinct drawbacks, especially there is no the special organization of the constitution control, and the violation of the constitution is still poor. Basing on the realities of our country, we should summarize and use the advanced legislative pattern and experience of other countries to improve the system of our constitution's function and develp the function of the constiution as the foundamental law.
