摘要
以建设项目施工阶段的监理效果作为研究对象,从投资、进度、质量控制的角度,系统分析了影响该阶段监理效果的因素后,综合考虑了随机性和模糊性,运用Fuzzy数学理论,构造了Fuzzy综合评判的方法体系,建立了有效实用的数学模型,并在工程实例的应用中得到了验证。
The paper takes the construction stage supervision result as the researching target and analyzes the factors which influence the supervision result from the angles of target of investment, schedule and quality. It comprehensively deliberates stochastic and fuzzy character, applies the theory of fuzzy mathematics and advances the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
