摘要
采用MTT分析方法结合激光共聚焦荧光显微成像系统研究了无机硅壳类纳米颗粒,包括无机二氧化硅纳米颗粒(SiNP)、二氧化硅壳荧光纳米颗粒(FSiNP)以及二氧化硅磁性纳米颗粒(MSiNP)对COS-7细胞、HNE1细胞和MCF-7细胞的毒性.研究结果表明:在有效浓度范围内,无机硅壳类纳米颗粒具有很好的生物相容性,对细胞的生长和代谢没有明显的影响,从而为无机二氧化硅纳米颗粒在生物医学中的应用提供了坚实的理论依据.
The toxicity of the series silica shell inorganic nanoparticles, including silica nanoparticles(SiNP), silica shell fluorescent nanoparticles (FSiNP) and silica magnetic nanopartilces (MSiNP) to the COS7 cells, HNE1cells and MCF7 cells was investigated, by employing MTT analysis method and confocal microscopy imaging system. The results indicate that the series of silica shell inorganic nanoparticles are biocompatible with the cells when they are incubated with the cells within the definite concentration. There are no evident effects on the growth and the metabolism of the cells. It would provide an intensive theoretic foundation for the application of silica shell inorganic nanoparticles to the biomedicine
