松脂连续蒸馏直接提取工业蒎烯

Separation of Industrial Pinene Directly from the Turpentine Oil in Continuous Distillation Process of Oleoresin

摘要 在松脂连续蒸馏塔上方连接一筛孔式蒸馏塔 ,对优油蒸气进行分馏 ,连续分离出工业蒎烯 ,蒎烯(包括 α-蒎烯和 β-蒎烯 )含量达 94%以上 .本装置设备简单、投资少、节能、操作简便 .得出工业蒎烯或优油中三种单萜烯或蒎烯含量与其 1 70℃前馏出液体积 (%)的线性回归关联式 ,相关性好 . A sieve plate column was connected to the top of the oleoresin continuous distillation column to separate industrial pinene from the turpentine oil vapor by continuous rectification. The top product of the sieve-plate column contained α pinene and β pinene mainly and in the product the content of two pinenes was above 94%, about 6% higher than that of the normal turpentine oil. It had been proved that the device had many advantages such as simplicity, low capital and operating costs, without extra energy and operating conveniently. The linear correlation formulas between the contents of three monoterpenes or pinenes and the volume(%) distilled below 170℃ were obtained and correlated well.
