摘要
在分析水泥、水、砂、石、粉煤灰、钢筋的物理、力学及化学特性的基础上 ,认为商品住宅楼板非结构性裂缝主要是由混凝土中的水泥浆引起的 .增加石子用量 ,改善石子级配 ,减少水泥浆用量是解决这类裂缝的基本思路 .对比了“抛石法”及“非泵送商品混凝土”的优缺点 。
Based on thorough analysis on the physical, mechanical and chemical characteristics of cement, water, sand, gravel, fly ash and steel bars, this paper deemed that too much cement paste induced the non-structural cracks of commercial house floors. Increasing the amount of gravel, optimizing the grading of aggregate and reducing the amount of cement paste were the fundamental ways which eliminated this kind cracks. The advantages and disadvantages of 'throwing aggregate method' and 'un-pumping commercial concrete' and how to control non-structural cracks of commercial house floors in construction methods were discussed in this paper.
