金色链霉菌代谢与胞外多糖降解消耗耦联效应的研究

Study on coupling effect between metabolism of streptomyces aureofaciens and utilizations of extracellular polysaccharide

摘要 以淀粉为主要碳源的金色链霉菌发酵过程中 ,研究了细胞分泌的淀粉酶的淀粉降解产物 .二糖是淀粉酶的主要产物 .发酵过程中 ,胞外淀粉酶的活性同细胞的生长耦合 ,在对数生长期 ,酶活和细胞的笔生长速率达到最大 ,分别为 0 .12g·L- 1 ·min- 1 、2 .4g·L- 1 ·h- 1 .胞外多糖浓度对淀粉酶活力。 In fermentation process of Streptomyces aureofaciens with starch as main carbon source, enzymolysis products by extracellular amylase which was secreted by Streptomyces aureofaciens cell were analyzed in this paper, and disaccharide was the main fermentable carbohydrate in both. Activity of extracellular amylase and utilization rate of carbon source was coupling with cell growth in fermentation process, and the activity of amylase and utilization rate of carbon source reached maximum in exponential growth phase, which were 0.12?g·L -1 ·min -1 and 2.4?g·L -1 ·h -1 separately. There was no obvious effect of concentrations of extra cellular polysaccharide on activity of amylase, composition of enzymolysis product and biosynthesis rate of chlortetracycline.
