With the increasing popularity of the computer and the rapid development of the network, it expedites the process of the information construction in our country, and brings forward some safety problems at the same time. The thesis points on the importance and necessity of the safety construction of the information from the state of it. The thesis points out the control strategy and the relative technology about the kinds of menaces the information system facing, and details it with the medical treatment insurance MIS.
