妇女的就业是社会可持续发展的一个不容忽视的问题。现阶段妇女就业面临的困境是由多种因素造成的 ,必须从转变观念、完善政策法规、提高素质、改进就业方式上为解决妇女就业问题创造良好条件。

The employment of women is an issue not to be neglected in the course of continuous development of society in China. The difficulties Chinese women are confronted with are due to varied factors. To settle the problem in women employment, we must create favorable conditions by changing basic concepts, perfecting policies and laws and regulations, and improving ways of employment.
