Application to FX2N Programmable Controller in 2×125/32t Door Type Crane

原 2× 1 2 5 /32t门式起重机二次控制回路接线复杂 ,使用的电气元件较多 ,盘面拥挤 ,故障率较高 ,判断处理故障点时间长 ,在 1 2 5t并车使用时 ,由于时间继电器定时精度不够所造成的误差 ,使双钩动作容易出现不同步等缺点。另外 ,由于此电气设备是七十年代产品 ,设备陈旧老化 ,且备品配件不易购置等原因 ,提出了在 2× 1 2 5 /32t门式起重机控制部分的改进方法 ,即PLC可编程控制器在门式起重机控制回路中的应用 。

Original 2×125/32t door type crane has complicated secondary controlling loop wiring,more electric element,crowded disk-face,quite high failure rate,and handling failure points time longer.When using 125t,it produces error owing to time relays inadequate timing precision,so double hooks easily appear motions no-synchronization.In addition,because this equipment is 1970s production,aging and easily appears failure,and its mating parts no easily purchases,the paper put forward ameliorative method at controlling part of 2×125/32t door type crane.The method is that FX2N programmable controller can be used instead of original controlling loop and electric element.
