摘要
研制了隧道炉微机控制系统 .它由工业控制计算机、信号采集板卡等组成 .控制算法采用双模控制、模糊PID等先进控制方法 ,软件采用VC ++6 .0编制 .本系统具有测控点数多、控制精度高、抗干扰能力强。
The microcomputer control system for tunnel stove is designed and implemented. It is composed of the industrial control computer and the signal collection boards. It uses the advanced control algorithm of two mode or fuzzy PID. VC++ 6.0 is used program designing. The system has the advantages of multi spot measure and control, high control accuracy, strong anti interference, and friendly operation interface.
