A Shotcut Method of Hunting for Gold in the Superficial Coverage Areas

在前寒武纪变质岩区开展黄金异常查证的工作中 ,摸索出一套实用、快捷的综合重砂找金方法。工作过程为河流重砂加密缩小靶区、坡积重砂及简易人工重砂追索矿化蚀变带或矿(化 )体风化露头、地表踏勘检查及简易人工重砂鉴定初步圈定矿 (化 )体、山地工程揭露与评价 4个阶段。

The paper focuses on the discussion of a shortcut method of hunting for gold in the shallow coverage, which has been used in the anomaly investigation of the pre-Cambrian metamorphic rock region and obtained a good result.The method includes four steps as follows: (1)to get more samples of fluvial heavy sand minerals in the surveyed area so to narrow the target area of hunting for gold ores, (2) to make tracks for the mineralized and altered zones and the weathered outcrops of orebodies or mineralized bodies by simply collecting the samples of manual heavy sand minerals,(3)to make a preliminary delineation of orebdies or mineralized orebodies by reconnaissance on the field surface and make an identification of the simple manual heavy sand minerals,(4)to make an uncover of anomaly areas by engineering and make an evaluation of the mineralized zones or gold orebodies.
