Effects of Juandupian on immune system in rats

目的 :观察蠲毒片 (Juandupian,JDP)对小鼠免疫系统的作用。方法 :用乙肝宁颗粒做对照 ,监测 JDP对小鼠体外巨噬细胞吞噬作用和淋巴细胞转化作用及在一周内对小鼠免疫器官重量、碳粒廓清和 HC50 试验的影响。结果 :JDP抑制小鼠体外巨噬细胞吞噬和淋巴细胞转化作用 ,减轻小鼠胸腺重量 ,碳粒廓清作用未见明显增加 ,可增强 HC50 反应。结论

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Juandupian JDP on immune system in rats. METHOD:Compairing with YiganNing granulation, the effects of (JDP) on peritoneal macrophages phagocytosing, lymphocyte transformation in vitro , the weight of immune organs, the clearance rate of iv charcoal particles and HC 50 in rats had been determined.RESULTS:The effects of peritoneal macrophages phagocytosing and lymphocyte transformation were inhibited. The weight of the immune organs of rats were decreased. The clearance rate of charcoal particles was generally not enhanced. Reactions of HC 50 were significantly increased.CONCLUSION:There are bidirectional adjusting effects of JDP on immune system in rats.
