Improved synthesis of β-(para-chlorophenyl)-glutaric acid

目的 :改进 β-(对 -氯苯基 ) -戊二酸合成工艺。方法 :缩合后再进行水解。结果 :反应条件温和 ,总收率提高到 67.1%。结论

OBJECTIVE:To improve the synthetic process of β (para chlorophenyl) glutaric acid. METHOD:To carry out condensation reaction before hydrolysis. RESULTS:The reactions of the two steps were carried out in a simple process to afford better overall yields of 67.1%. CONCLUSION:The improved synthetic process is practical.
