Stability study of Zihong solution

目的 :预测医院消毒剂紫虹溶液的稳定性 ,为临床提供贮存期依据。方法 :采用经典恒温加速法和初匀速法 ,预测其室温 (2 0℃ )有效期 ,同时进行留样观察。结果 :其稳定性与温度有关 ,符合 Arrhenius公式。结论 :本制剂在室温 (2 0℃ )时贮存期为 3 3～ 3 4h,与留样观察结果 3

OBJECTIVE:To estimate the stability of Zihong solution so as to provide a convincible storage period for clinical use. METHOD:Zihong solution was determined by classic constant temperature accelerated tests and initial average rate method to predict its expiry term (20℃), the samples were reserved for further observing meanwhile.RESULTS:The stability of Zihong was related to the temperature which was in consistent with Arrhenius equation.CONCLUSION:The storage life of Zihong solution was about 33h at room temperature (20℃) and was comparable with samples reserved for observing.
