曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

EFFICACY OF TRIMETAZIDNE IN TREATIGN CORONARY HEART DISEASE WITH ANGINA PECTORIS

目的 :探讨曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 :70例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为曲美他嗪治疗组和对照组 ,在常规治疗包括硝酸盐、β -阻滞剂和钙拮抗剂基础上 ,治疗组加用曲美他嗪治疗 8周。观察用药前后下述指标变化 :(1)用药前后每天的心绞痛发作次数 ,(2 )每天硝酸甘油片的用量 ,(3)心绞痛每次发作持续时间 ,(4) 12导联中ST段下降的导联数 ,(5 ) 12导联中ST段压低的总和。结果 :曲美他嗪治疗后每天心绞痛发作次数和硝酸甘油片用量及心绞痛每次持续时间均明显下降 (P <0 .0 1)。 12导联中ST段下降的导联数和ST段压低的总和明显改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :曲美他嗪能改善心肌缺血 。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of trimeraxidine in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Methods:Seventy patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into tremeazidine group and control group,on a basic medical therapy including nitrate,β-paralyzer and calcium antagonist,trimetazidine group were given trimetazidine for 8weeks.Observe the following indexes before and after therapy:①times of angina pectoris attack everyday;②consumption of nitroglycerin everyday;③time for angina pectoris attack;④the total leads of ST segment depression;⑤the amounts of ST segment depression in 12-lead.Results:After therapy of trimetazidine,angina pectoris attack,consumption of nirtroglycerin each day and time of angina pectoris attack were decreased obviously(p<0.01).The total leads of ST segment depression and the depression amouts of ST segment changed obviously(p<0.01).Couclusion: Trimerazidine can improves myocardial ischemia and has obvious efficacy on patients with angina pectoris.
