托吡酯治疗癫痫49例临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF TREATMENT OF EPILEPTIC WITH RUOBIZI

目的 :观察单纯及联合应用托吡酯治疗各种类型癫痫的临床疗效、药物耐受性、用药方法、剂量及副作用。方法 :选择 4 9例癫痫病人 ,采用托吡酯单独及联合治疗。经 8周加量期和 12周稳定期观察后进行评价。结果 :总有效率 91.8%和完全控制率 71.4 %。联合治疗组与单独治疗组有效率分别为 96 .6 %和 81.3% ;控制率分别为 71.9%和 6 8.8%。结论 :托吡酯适用于成人与小儿的各种类型癫痫 ,至于选择单药治疗还是联合治疗应综合年龄、病程、基础发作频率等多种因素。副作用多为一过性 。

Objective :Observe therapy method, medicine toleration, clinical curative effect and side effect of all kinds of epileptic with toubozi. Method : Select 49 epileptic,using toubizhi by single or combined treatment .Observe after 8 weeks inhance dose phase and 12 weeks stationary phase. Result : Total effective rate is 91.8%,complete control rate is 71.4%.The effective rate of combinded treat and single treat were 96.6% and 81.3% respectively,their control rate were 71.7% and 68.8% respectively .Conclusion : Toubizi is suitable to treat all kinds of epileptic in adult and children .Treat method should be choosed according to age ,course ,basal attack rate and other factors.
