摘要
因为心血管病人伴性功能障碍者更常见,性功能障碍的治疗出现突破.心血管医师治疗勃起功能障碍的处方已处于非泌尿科医师的领先地位,心脏康复医师应掌握与此有关的知识和技术,改善患者的生活质量。因篇幅关系,分次刊登本文的:一、性功能障碍;二、心血管病人性活动减少;三、心血管病人性活动危险分层;四心血管病人恢复性活动的指征;五、降低性生活危险性的治疗;六、恢夏性功能;七、附录:勃起功能国际指数问卷等。本刊今年第4期291～296页刊登了本文的第一、二部分.现续登其它部分,供参考。
Because patients with sexual dysfunction were more frequent and treatment of sexual dysfunction appears to break through, prescriptions of sexual dysfunction wrote by cardiologist already placed in leading position of that of no-urologist. Thereby cardiologist must hold the techniques of sexual dysfunction treatment to ameliorate quality of life in cardiovascular patients. Because length of writing the 1st and 2nd portion of this text was published in Chinese Journal of Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine, 2002.11 (4): 291 - 296. Now publish the other portion of this text.
