断肢再植术后血管痉挛的实验观察
Experimental observation of vasospasm after replantation of severed limbs
摘要
目的 :观察断肢再植术后不同时期血管痉挛发生与时间的关系。方法 :断裂大鼠大腿 ,再植断肢术后不同时期用血管镊子弹拨机械刺激吻合动脉血管 ,观察血管的痉挛数。结果 :术后 48h内 (包括 48h)痉挛血管少 ,术后 49～ 96 h显著增多 ,术后 97～ 2 40 h较稳定 ,仍显著增多。结论 :再植术后 49～ 96
