峨嵋翠雀花中生物碱成份的再研究

C_(19)-DITERPENOID ALKALOIDS FROM THE ROOTS OF DELPHINIUM OMEIENSE

目的 进一步研究峨嵋翠雀花根中生物碱成分。方法 硅胶层析法。结果 从中又分得 8个已知C19-二萜生物碱 ,且由光谱法鉴定为cardiopetalidine 1、ajacine 2、browniine 3、delcaroline 4、6 -demethyldelphatine 5、takaosamine 6、omeieline 7和印乌碱 8。

OBJECTIVE To further investigate the alkaloids of the roots of Delphinium omeiense W. T. Wang. METHODS Silica gel chromatography was adopted.RESULTS Eight known C 19 -norditerpenoid alkaloids were obtained, their structures were established as cardiopetalidine 1, ajacine 2, browniine 3, delcaroline 4, 6-demethyldelphatine 5, takaosamine 6, omeieline 7 and indaconitine 8 on the basis of spectral data. CONCLUSION All these compounds were first isolated from Delphinium omeiense .
