摘要
目的 对川产 6种鹿蹄草中的高熊果苷进行含量测定。方法 用HPLC ,色谱柱SynchromSi(5 μm ,15 0mm× 4 .6mm) ,流动相为正己烷 -醋酸乙酯 -甲醇 (30∶10∶9) ,检测波长 2 80nm。结果和结论 线性范围为 0 .5 2 4~2 .6 4 μg(r=0 .9997) ,平均回收率 96 .6 8% ,RSD =3.72 %。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of homoarbutin in six species of Pyrola by HPLC.METHODS Samples were extractd by methanol . The HPLC method was chromatographed on synchrom Si column(5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm) and the mobile phase was hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol(30∶10∶9).The homoarbutin was detected at 280 nm.RESULTS The linearity was good within the range of 0.524~2.640 μg ( r = 0.9999 ). The average recovery was 96.68%( n =6).CONCLUSION It can be used for quality control in Herba Pyrolae
