中空松质骨拉力螺钉治疗骶髂复合体损伤

Treatment of Sacroiliac Joint Union Injury with the Hollow Compressing Screws

目的 评价骶髂复合体损伤应用中空松质骨螺钉内固定的疗效。方法 对骨盆骨折伴有骶髂复合体损伤的 16例 ,通过影像增强器于骨盆内、外口位下观察、复位 ,应用中空松质骨加压螺钉行骶髂间的内固定。结果 16例患者经过 5～ 36个月随访 ,所有患者复位佳 ,骨折愈合 ,无明显疼痛 ,功能恢复良好 ,无一例神经损伤 ,临床效果满意。结论 中空松质骨加压螺钉治疗骶髂复合体损伤 ,创伤小、操作简便 ,只要严格掌握适应证 ,熟悉局部解剖 ,认真细致操作 ,能及时达到骨盆后环的稳定 。

Objective To investigate and evaluate the effect of the internal fixation with hollow screws applied to the injury of sacroiliac joint union.Methods Sixteen cases of the sacroiliac joint union injury were undergone internal fixation with hollow screws under the help of X-ray image intensifier..Results All cases were followed up for 5～36 months.All cases had accomplished the good fracture reduction and good function.There was no pain and no nerve injury.The clinical effect is satisfactory.Conclusion That the hoollow screws are applied to the injury of sacroiliac joint union can cause little injury and operate simply.If one masters the indication,acquaint anatomy and operate carefully,the stability of pelvis back ring could be reconstructed.The operation is quite reliable to treat the injury of sacroiliac joint union.
