中药2号方抗大鼠肝纤维化的组织化学及免疫组织化学实验研究

Experimental Study of Histochemistry and Immunohistochemistry on Prevention and Treatment of Hepatic Fibrosis with the Second Decoction

目的 :探讨中药 2号方对肝纤维化组织化学及免疫组织化学方面的影响。方法 :用猪血清腹腔注射法复制大鼠免疫性肝纤维化模型 ,用中药 2号方进行预防和治疗 ,观察了肝脏AT Pase、ACP、CCO、5′ N、G 6 P、SDH、IV胶原、LN、FN的变化 ,用图像分析仪做定量分析 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 :中药治疗组上述指标的改善情况明显优于西药治疗组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :中药 2号方有预防和治疗肝纤维化及保护肝细胞酶活性的作用。

Aim:To investigate the curative effect of the 2nd decoction treating hepatic fibrosis in histochemistry and immunohistochemistry.Methods:The immunohepatic fibrosis model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum,treated with the 2nd decoction.The change of ATPase,ACP,CCO,5′ N,G 6 P,SDH,collagen IV,LN and FN was observed,and processed with image analysis and statistics.Result:The improvement of treated group preceded the control obviously( P <0 01).Conclusion:The 2nd decoction can markedly prevent hepatic fibrosis and protect the enzyme of hepatic cells.
