目的 :了解江门市综合医院医疗资源配置现状及其效能。方法 :根据江门市各综合医院医疗工作指标和医疗质量指标进行分析比较。结果 :综合性医院三项指标有较大差异。结论

Objectives To investigate the present state and efficiency of medical resources in paidocheus of Jiangmen city. Methods The present medical markers of employment and quality were analysed comparably among paidocheus. Results There were transparent difference in three markers among paidocheus. Conclusions It is essential to Preclude imbalance of medical resources in improve efficiency.
