人脑海马结构与杏仁体的断面解剖 被引量:3

摘要 目的:为海马结构及其毗邻区域的影像诊断提供形态学依据和相关测值。材料方法:利用34例成人头颅标本,平行于眦耳线制作为连续水平断片;应用断面解剖学方法对海马结构、杏仁体、颞枕叶进行观测。结果:海马结构、杏仁体的显示水平分别在眦耳线以上24~42mm与18~30mm水平之间,海马结构、杏仁体、颞枕叶之横径、矢径都不存在侧差与性差。结论:对原始数据的标准化处理非常重要,海马结构、杏仁体是否存在侧差与性差值得进一步探讨。 Objective:To provide morphological data of hippocarnpal formation (FH) and amygdaloid body (AM) for MRI in human. Methods :Totally 34 adult head specimens were used for making serial level sections which were parallel to can-thmeatal line (CML). The FH, AM, temporal and occipital lobe (TOL) were studied by method for the sectional anato-my. Results:The display plane of the FH and AM were 24-42 mm and 18-30 mm above CML. The data of the FH, AM and TOL were not different concerning symmetry and gender. Conclusion:The standardization of original data is very important. The difference of measure value of the FH, AM and TOL in symmetry and gender need to be further studied.
