AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位21例体会

The Treatement of Thoracolumbar Fracture and Dislocation with AF Systemic Interfixation

自1997年3月至2001年2月间,我们应用AF系统内固定方法治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位21例,经8个月～4年(平均26个月)随访,术前以Cobb角和椎体压缩角分别平均为30.5°和31.5°,术后平均3.6°和8.3°,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。椎体高度分别由术前68.2％和88.6％恢复到术后93.2％和98.9％,无一例并发症发生。认为AF系统内固定能恢复足够的椎体高度和脊柱的生理弯曲,操作简单,置入安全,固定可靠,可早期起床活动,并发症少。

21 cases of thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation were treated with AF systemic interfixation in our hospital from march 1997 to february 2001. All of them were followed up from 8 months to 4 years(mean 26 months). The mean Cobb' s angle and compressional vertebral angle was 30. 5° and 31. 5° respectively before the operation,they were 3.6° and 8.3° after the operation respectively.The different was significant (P<0.01).The vertebral height was changed from 68.2% and 88. 6% before the operation to 93. 2% and 98. 9% after the operation. There was no any complication. It was believed that AF systemic interfixation can maitain the vertebral height and spinal physical bend, the operation was simple , the inputting was safe, the fixation was reliable, furthermore, patients can get up early and the complication was less.
