老年人腹腔镜胆囊切除术64例临床分析

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the aged(a report of 64 cases)

目的 :总结老年人腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)的经验。方法 :回顾性分析 1996年 12月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月间 6 4例老年人LC手术的结果和应注意的问题。结果 :LC手术成功 6 2例 (96 9% ) ,术中中转开腹手术 2例 (3 1% ) ,术后恢复顺利 ,无胃肠道损伤、胆管损伤等严重手术并发症 ,无 1例死亡。结论 :严格掌握手术适应证 ,充分的围手术期处理 ,熟练的腹腔镜手术技巧 ,LC应成为老年人胆囊切除术的首选手术治疗方法。

Objective To sum up the experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in the senile patients.Method From December 1996 to December 2001,the retrospective analysis that the results and problems should be attention of 64 cases LC in the senile patients was performed.Results With LC was successful in 62 cases,conversion to open surgery occurred in 2 cases,and postoperative recovery smoothly without any operative complications such as trauma of gastrointestinal tract,trauma of biliary tract and so on.There was no death in all patients.Conclusion Selecting LC operative indication strictly,handling perioperative period enough,skilled laparoscopic operation technique,LC should be considered as the first of all operation program for cholecystectomy in the aged.
