摘要
研究设计了一个新的高灵敏流动注射分析检测系统。该检测系统主要由一个镓砷激光二极管(在780nm发射、功率5mW)光源和一个由聚四氟乙烯材料做成的细长流动池(光程100×1.4mm内径)组成。与通常10mm流动池相比,测定水中可溶性硅的灵敏度可提高10倍左右。
A new highly sensitive detection system for flow injection analysis has b een studied and designed.The new detection system is mainly composed of a GaAlA s laser diode emitting at780nm(5mW)as a light source and a thin long flo w-through cell(light path of100×1.4mm i.d.),which is made of polyt etrafluoroethylene material.Compared with normal flow-through cell of10mm,t he sensitivity for determining dissolved silica is enhanced about 10times.
