在实地调研和对大量实测资料分析的基础上 ,对该河段近年来的冲淤特性进行深入分析后指出 :该河段近年来河道淤积量尤其是主槽淤积量明显增加 ,导致滩槽高差减小 ,河槽排洪能力下降 ,已建工程防洪标准降低 ,工程临背差加大 。

On the basis of field investigation and a great deal of observed data, the article gives a thorough analysis of the features of scour and points out that in recent years sedimentation in the river bed, particularly in the main channel has obviously aggravated, reducing the elevation difference between floodplain and channel elevations, weakening the flood releasing capability through the river channel, degrading the flood control standard of the projects, enlarging the difference in elevation between inside and outside of the dyke and accelerating the emergency occurrence.
