摘要
抵押房地产价格评估在房地产评估业务总量中占了相当大的比例,但由于各方面的原因,评估机构在进行抵押房地产价格评估时面临着极大的风险。本文从房地产评估机构的角度出发,对抵押房地产价格评估风险进行了剖析,并提出了相应对策。
After more than ten years of development, Chinese real estate appraisal agencies have been developed quickly. Of the total real estate appraisal portfolio, the number of mortgaged real estate appraisal is more than a half. However, because of all different reasons, the real estate appraisal agencies are facing with different risks. This paper analyzes the meaning of mortgaged real estate appraisal and classifies the risks on different points of view. Finally, this paper puts forward some measures of how to tackle this problem on the standpoint of real estate appraisal agencies. The aim of this paper is to offer consultation to the real estate appraisal agencies.
