摘要
以聚乙二醇 (PEG)为原材料 ,通过酯化反应制备了双端活化的大单体聚乙二醇双马来酸单酯 (PEGMA) ,FT -IR证实了产物的结构特征。然后利用它与另一单体丙烯酸 (AA)进行辐射引发共聚得到了聚 (AA -b -PEGMA)嵌段共聚高吸水性树脂 ,并对影响其性能的合成条件如单体浓度、比例、辐照剂量等进行了研究。发现该高吸水性树脂具有优良的吸水性能 ,其吸水率高达3.786× 10 3,吸盐水 (0 .15mol/L ,NaCl)可达 0 .176× 10 3,并用FT -IR和SEM表征了产物的结构特征。
A functional comonomer, sodium polyglycol dimaleate monoester (PEGMA ) made from polyglycol(PEG), was synthesized by PEG ester reaction with maleic anhydride (MA) catalyzed by p-toluene sulfonic acid. Its structure was dentified with FT-IR. Then the PEGMA macromonomer was mixed with acrylic acid (AA) and neutralized by sodium hydroxide. The mixture solution was irradiated with a 60 Co γ-source and there formed P(AA-b-PEGMA) superabsorbent. Effects of monomer ratio, irradiation dose and total concentration of monomer on absorbency of the superabsorbent were also studied. Its optimum absorbency obtained is 3.786×10 3 for salt-free water and 0.176×10 3 for 0.15 mol/L NaCl solution, respectively.
