硫化态NiW/γ-Al_2O_3加氢脱硫催化剂的微观结构 被引量:1

摘要 采用拉曼光谱和X-射线衍射技术,对硫化态NiW/γ-Al2O3加氢脱硫催化剂进行了表征.实验结果表明,硫化态NiW/γ-Al2O3催化剂表面类WS2微晶主要以3R形式存在.对其微观结构进行分析,认为具有堆叠层数稍多且片晶较短的3R型WS2微晶与镍形成Ni-W-S活性相的催化剂,具有较高的加氢脱硫活性. Sulfided NiW/γ\|Al2O3 catalyst were characterized by laser Raman and X\|ray diffraction method. The results show that the tiny WS\-2\|like crystallite on the surface of sulfided NiW/γ\|Al2O3 catalyst is mainly of 3R type structure. It is supposed that 3R\|type WS\-2 microcrystallite can supply more edge and corner sites than 2H\|type WS\-2 microcrystallite for Ni to form Ni\|W\|S active phase, and the catalyst with 3R\|type microcrystallite should have higher HDS activity.
