摘要
查尔酮是重要的有机合成中间体 .报道了在KF Al2 O3 的催化下 ,应用超声波技术合成查尔酮类化合物的方法 ,并研究了超声辐射功率、辐射时间对产物产率的影响 ,得出了最佳的合成反应条件 .控制超声功率为 2 5 0W ,反应 30min ,查尔酮 (除化合物 3b)的产率达 95 %以上 .结果表明该方法操作简单、条件温和、反应速度快、产率高 .
Using KF-Al 2O 3 as catalyst, chalcones were synthesized by ultrasound irradiation. The influence of some factors on the product yield, such as the ultrasound irradiation power and time, was investigated and the optimum experimental conditions were found. When ultrasound irradiation power was 250 W, the yield of the product could be above 95% in 30 min, with the exception of 3b. Compared with traditional methods, this method is more convenient due to the milder conditions, shorter reaction time and higher yields.
