摘要
以往对提高海水淡化装置特别是多级闪发装置 (MultiStageFlashMSF)效率的研究多局限于提高热效率的方面 ,或者是采用化学的方法 ,而忽视了从流体力学角度 ,通过改变闪发腔内流动情况来提高效率。本文利用计算流体力学软件Phoenics采用数值方法模拟闪发式海水淡化装置内的水流特性 ,并分析闪发室内阻流板的设置对水流的湍流度与流动损失的影响 ,从而为闪发室的设计提供合理的依据。
By optimization of the flow structure in a flashing chamber, a method was proposed to improve the efficiency of the seawater-desalting setting, which is different from the traditional methods with limited consideration of the thermal efficiency improvement and chemical methods applied. The characteristics of the seawater flow in a flash distillation devices were simulated by a commercially available CFD software: Phoenics. An analysis was conducted for the effects on the flow structure and loss caused by the installation of blocking boards, which will provide a rational basis for the design of flash chambers.
