摘要
研究了纳米碳酸钙复合ACR对RPVC的增韧增强效果及纳米碳酸钙复合ACR和CPE的协同改性效果。实验结果表明 ,采用自制的纳米碳酸钙复合ACR对RPVC的增强增韧效果显著 ,且在其与CPE的复合改性体系中 ,纳米碳酸钙复合ACR与CPE产生了协同效应。通过扫描电镜显示 ,在此复合改性体系中 ,出现了拉丝及网化结构 ,使低温韧性大幅度提高。
The effects of the reinforcing and toughening of rigid nano-CaCO 3 composited by ACR on RPVC and the synergistic effect of nano-CaCO 3 composited by ACR and CPE were studied. The results have indicated that the effect of reinforcing and toughening of nano-CaCO 3 particle is remarkable. The using of nano-CaCO 3 composited by ACR with CPE can reach the synergistic effect and in this system the 'large-fiber-drawing' and network structure are indicated by SEM.
