摘要
以 9,10 二氢 9 氧杂 10 磷菲 10 氧化物 (DOPO)和对苯醌合成了 10 (2′,5′ 二羟基苯基 ) 9,10 二氢 9 氧杂 10 磷菲 10 氧化物 (DHPDOPO) ,采用元素分析、红外光谱 (FTIR)及核磁共振对DHPDOPO的结构进行了表征。以含磷中间体DHPDOPO和双酚A与低分子量的双酚A二缩水甘油醚合成制备了含磷量分别为 1%和 2 %的含磷环氧树脂 ,并采用FTIR及凝胶渗透色谱 (GPC)对该含磷环氧树脂的结构、分子量及分布进行了表征。
A phosphorus-containing monomer, 10-(2′,5′-bis(hydroxy) phenyl)-9, 10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DHPDOPO), was synthesized through 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenan-threne-10-oxide(DOPO) and 1, 4-benzoquinone. The structure of DHPDOPO was characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and 1H-NMR spectroscopies. The phosphorus-containing epoxy resins with phosphorus content of 1% and 2% were synthesized through DHPDOPO, bisphenol-A and a low molecular weighted diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A. The structure, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of two phosphorus-containing epoxy resins were confirmed by FTIR and GPC.
