摘要
用高温固相反应法合成了BaxCe0 8Y0 2 O3 α(x=1 0 3,1,0 98)系列固体电解质,用粉末X射线衍射法研究了样品的晶体结构,用氢及氧浓差电池方法研究了样品的的质子及氧离子导电特性,测定了它们的氢 -空气燃料电池的放电性能.结果表明,各样品均为钙钛矿斜方晶单相结构;质子导电性和燃料电池输出电流密度均随样品中钡离子含量的增加而增大,Ba1 0 3Ce0 8Y0 2 O3 α具有最大的质子导电性和燃料电池输出电流密度;
A series of Ba_xCe_ 0 8Y_ 0 2O_ 3-α(x=1 03, 1, 0 98) solid electrolytes has been synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction. The crystal structure of Ba_xCe_ 0 8Y_ 0 2O_ 3-α was determined by XRD analysis. The protonic and oxide-ionic conductions in Ba_xCe_ 0 8Y_ 0 2O_ 3-α were studied by using hydrogen and oxygen concentration cell method. The results indicated that Ba_xCe_ 0 8Y_ 0 2O_ 3-α sinters were a single phase of orthorhombic perovskite; the protonic conduction in the samples and the maximum short-circuit current density from the fuel cells based on Ba_xCe_ 0 8Y_ 0 2O_ 3-α increased with increasing Ba content in the samples; the oxide-ionic conduction was hardly affected by Ba content in the sample.
