摘要
采用溶胶 凝胶法制备了n p复合半导体材料Cu/TiO2 NiO ,并用TG DTA和TPR方法进行了前驱体的表征 ;利用XRD ,TEM ,UV Vis技术测试了材料的晶态结构和吸光性能 ;CO2 和H2 O的光促表面催化反应 (PSSR)实验结果表明 ,所制备的Cu/TiO2 NiO能够明显促进二者的反应 ,室温条件下有CH3OH、CH4 和CO生成 ,其中对CH3OH的选择性较高 ,材料组分配比对PSSR有显著影响 ,在质量分数为 0 5 0 %Cu/TiO2 2 0 %NiO上获得了最高CO2
The n-p coupled semiconductor materials Cu/TiO_2-NiO were prepared by a sol-gel method, TG-DTA, TPR, as well as XRD, TEM and UV-Vis were used to characterize the crystal structure and photo absorbing ability of the precurors and final catalysts, respectively. The Photo Stimulated Surface Reaction(PSSR) of CO_2 and H_2O on Cu/TiO_2-NiO has been investigated. The results revealed that CH_3OH, CH_4 and CO can be produced by PSSR at normal temperature with high selectivity of CH_3OH. The composition of the material shows significant effects on the PSSR. The highest CO_2 conversion was obtained on 0.50%Cu/TiO_2-2.0%NiO catalyst.
