摘要
本文从 β-环糊精 (β- CD)与分散 RGFL染料包络反应的紫外 -可见光谱、二阶导数光谱和荧光光谱现象分析 ,得出 β- CD与 RGFL形成摩尔比为 1∶ 1包络物 ,包络物的平衡常数 Kf=1 .5× 1 0 3 L/mol。初步推测包络形成机制及包络物形式。
The inclusion complex of disperse dye RGFL with β-Cyclodextrin(β-CD) has been investigated by UV-Vis spectrophotometry, second order derivate spectrometry and fluorescence spectrometry. The experimental results were consistent with the formation of an 1∶1(β-CD:RGFL) inclusion complex. The inclusion equilibrium constant(K f) determined by the experimental results was 1.5×10 3 L/mol. According to the analysis between test results and property of β-CD and RGFL, we proposed inclusive course and inclusion complex form.
