摘要
西安脉冲堆控制棒驱动机构采用步进电机作为执行部件,与其相适应的控制棒控制系统采用了单片机芯片电路和大功率VMOS管,控制棒位置探测器显示系统采用接近开关和数字显示。经综合试验和堆上运行考验证明,该系统设计合理、性能良好、精确度高,具有很好的推广价值。
Step-motor is adopted in the control rod drive mechanism(CRDM)of Xi抋n pulsed reactor as execute parts,the control system of control rod according to it adopt microcontroller core circuits and big power VMOS transistors. Proximity switches and digital display is adopted in the display system of control rod position detector. After integrative experiments and running test in reactor, it is proved that the system designed is reasonable, high performance and precision, provided with commendable generalize value.
