对“八五”期间用晶闸管弧焊整流器替代旋转弧焊发电机的可行性研究

The Feasibility of SCR Rectifier Instead of Motor-generator Arc Welder During The Eighth 5 Year Plan

综合电焊机行业的开发、生产、维修等情况,可以得出我国直流手弧焊电源目前总的发展趋势是:旋转弧焊发电机的生产正在不断缩小,而晶闸管弧焊整流器的生产正在大幅度的增加。本文通过分析旋转弧焊发电机及晶闸管弧焊整流器的发展情况,认为从节能节材、提高我国电焊机行业技术水平等多种因素出发,我们应进一步努力,强化政策措施,在国内晶闸管弧焊整流器十余年研制和推广的基础上,在“八五”期间完成用ZX5系列晶闸管弧焊整流器全面替代落后的AX系列旋转弧焊发电机这一历史重任。

Analyzing the developing, manufacturing and repairing in welding machine industry, the developing tendency of DC Arc welding power source is put forward. The productivity of motor-generator arc welder is decreasing, at the same time the productivity of SCR rectifier is increasing. In order to save energy and material, improving the techical background in welding machine industry in China, it is very important duty to use ZX5 series SCR rectifier instead of AX series motor-generator arc welder during the eighth 5 year plan, under the foundation of 10 year developing and expanding of SCR rectifier.
