Some Tentative Ideas about the Reform of the Agricultural Development Banks

农业发展银行的改革,近期应主要解决农业发展银行的运行机制、改善外部环境、减轻国家负担等较为紧迫的问题;远期则要通过制度创新,建立符合市场经济要求的新型运行体制。

For the near term,the reform of the agricultural development banks should deal with the urgent matters such as optimizing the operating mechanism,improving the external environment and lightening the burden on the state.For the long term in the future,it should be oriented to the establishment of the new operating mechanism meeting the requirements of the market economy on the basis of system innovation.
