Comprehensive Evaluation Model for Social-Economic Benefits of Rural Electrification

本文着重研究农村电气化的社会经济环境效益多指标综合评价方法。首先探讨构建农村电气化效益综合评价指标体系的原则和方法,在此基础上提出农村电气化效益综合评价指标体系;其次,给出农村电气化效益综合评价方法;最后,将所建立的农村电气化效益综合评价指标体系与评价方法应用于牡丹江农村电气化项目,通过案例分析说明本文所述方法的实用性和科学性。

This paper studies the multi-indices comprehensive evaluation method for social, economic and environmental benefits of rural electrification. First, the construct-rule and method of the comprehensive evaluation index system is suggested on the basis of these construct-rule and method. Second, the comprehensive evaluation model for social, economic and environmental benefits of rural electrification is proposed, and the weight-value vectors of multi-indices are given. Last, that the comprehensive evaluation index system and method are applied to assessing benefits of rural electrification in Mudanjiang, the results show that the model is practical and scientific.
