对我国私营企业产权制度创新的若干思考

Reflections on innovation of property system in our private enterprises

目前 ,私营企业正在进行“第三次创业”。“第三次创业”的基本任务就是要完成产权变革 ,实现私营企业公司治理的规范和完善 ,以便更有效地吸引智力资本和金融资本 ,实现企业的良性循环发展。私营企业以“家族制”为特征的产权制度有着深刻的成因 ,并制约着私营企业的进一步发展。私营企业必须理清思路 ,进行制度创新。

At present, the private enterprises are working on 'the third poineering'. The basic task of 'the third poineering' is to accomplish property reform, and improve the management of private enterprises so as to attract intelligent capital and financial capital more effectively, and make the development of enterprises into a sound cycle. The property system characterized by 'family system' has the profound cause, which restricts the private enterprises to develop further. The private enterprises must get their ideas into shape, and make the systemalic innovation.
