超小型场效应管式中频脉冲弧焊逆变器的研究

本文介绍了超小型场效应管式中频脉冲弧焊逆变器的特点及工作原理,对主电路安全工作与干扰问题进行了分析。本电源对50kHz高频逆变器脉冲进行50～500Hz的中频调制,具有良好的引弧性能及工艺适应性。

With introduction of the feature and working principle of the super-small-sized MOSEFT medium frequency pulsed are welding inverter, this paper analyse its operating reliability and anti-interfer- enec ability. The welding inverter, modulating a 50 KHz inverting frequency to a 50~ 500 medium fre- quence output, has sound arc strike and good welding process adaptivity.
