对气相色谱法测定盐酸四环素原料药中残留的正丁醇测定方法中内标的加入方法及取样量等对分析结果的影响做了研究.对原方法做了改进,经多年生产实践,该方法应用简便,数据准确可靠.

This paper deals with the method of how to detect trace ηButyl alcohol in Tetracycline hyrochloride truly by gas chromatography. The recovery in this experiment is more than 97%, and the RSD% is less than 1%. When the amount of ηButyl alcohol ranged from 162.9 to 814.5ug/ml, the relative coeffcient is 0.9998.
