摘要
以人类药物流产的早期胚胎为材料,根据多项判断胚龄的标准,准确估测其实际胚龄并观察心脏早期胚胎发育过程;在所收集的121个胚胎中,胚胎畸形占18.2%,胚胎早期致死占33.9%,其与遗传物质的突变及环境中致畸剂的作用有关.
Based on several quotas of determining embryonic age, we estimated the actual age of medical abortive embryos and observed the development of early embryonic heart. Of the 121 collected embryos, the rate of malformation was 18.2% and the rate of early embryonic lethality was 33.9%, implying that they were related to the mutation of genetic materials and the reagents that might lead to malformation.
