摘要 By use of the concepts of nonstandard analysis turbulent fields are thought of as the phenomena having hierarchical structures. There are two kinds of flow fields of different levels in turbulence. And turbulence is still taken as continuous. On the basis of these ideas the fundamental equations of turbulences are obtained.
