摘要
根据材料强度理论和轴对称旋转薄壳节点区域的应力分布及节点的平衡方程 ,建立钢制化工容器的极限内压计算公式 ,并与二维问题弹塑性有限元分析程序计算值、弹性理论计算值及钢制模型的极限内压试验结果相比较 。
According to strength theory and the stress distribution of edge area of intersecting joints of axial symmetry revolving thin-shell, the equilibrium equations of the joints is established and so is the ultimate internal pressure calculating formulas.The ultimate internal pressure of the tanks is also analyzed through two-dimension elastic-plastic finite element analysis method and elastic analysis theory. The steel tank model is tested under ultimate internal hydraulic pressure. Engineering formulas for ultimate internal pressure of steel chemical tanks are given.
