摘要
用含醛 75 %的山苍子油为原料 ,以自制的复合固体金属氢氧化物为催化剂 ,使山苍子油中的柠檬醛和丙酮缩合 ,生成假性紫罗兰酮 ,能获得较高收率 .同时 ,简化了工艺过程 ,降低了用水量 。
The Cubeba oil with 75% aldehyde is used as raw materials and the solid metal hydroxide of complex as catalyst. The condensate citric acid and acetone from the Cubeba oil produce the φ-ionone. A relatively high accepting rate is obtained. It also results in simplication of process, reduction of water consumption and disposal.
