分光棱镜的分光性能测试研究

Testing and studing the spectral property of polarized spectral prism

分光棱镜在光学系统中广泛应用 ,主要研讨分光棱镜的分光特性 (透射率与反射率 ) ,重点分析了棱镜在光学系统中转动时的分光特性变化。采用半导体激光器作为光源 ,用照度计作为测试表 ,对较多分光棱镜零件进行了测试 ,对测试数据进行了计算和分析 ,指出了分光棱镜设计。

Polarized spectral prism(PSP) is widely used in optical system.In this paper,the spectral specific property of PSP is mainly studied(transmitivity and reflection),changes of PSP' property when the prism is mobile in optical system are majorly analysised.The semiconductor laser generator is used as optical resourse,the lightmeter is used as testing instrument,many PSP spares are practically tested.The test datas are computed and analysised,finally some conclusions that should be paid more attention in PSP's design,manufacture and test are deduced.
